I've bottle apples in water with a tablespoon of sugar and the juice of half a lemon.
Just all into the a pan boil for a few minute or until fruit is soft.
Pour into jar make sure to remove air bubbles add some more of the juice then screw on the metal lids.
Then I did some apples in with water, cinnamon, and Blueberry liqueur with a table spoon of sugar.
If you want the juice to be stronger and bit alcoholic add a measure of liqueur after you've taken the fruit off the heat.
Then for an even more alcoholic mix you can add a wee bit more liqueur before you put the lid on the jar.
Leave to cool and once cool you'll get a vacuum in the jar you'll hear the lid make a pop noise
