After having a sort out, I found my old booklet of Disney's Winnie the Pooh - Honey, trees and bees and some Designer Stitches kits that I totally forgot I had. Obviously these didn't have any DMC reference, so I've taken the numbers from within the booklet and made this conversion - mainly for my own reference at this point, but perhaps it will come in use for you.
The first CT conversion comes straight from Sew and So's website.
These are the main characters colours.

When trying to convert from Madeira you'll find that not all the colours will match as Madeira is so much more vibrant. Using DMC and Anchor together will give you a better conversion as you'll be able to utilize the colour palette from both sets. Having the actual threads needed for the project in question is always best but there aren't many places that stock Madeira threads, so perhaps this table will be of some use.
