A nice easy recipe for a chocolate/peanut butter fudge.
In microwave-safe bowl/dish/measuring cup, melt together 1 cup smooth/creamy peanut butter and 1 pound of plain milk or dark chocolate. Set microwave for 30 second increments, stirring in-between each, until all chocolate is melted. Pour & let set. Eat! You can pour it to set into whatever you like - I use silicone chocolate molds, but large or small muffin tins with cupcake liners in them, or an 8" square pan lined with parchment paper works too.
For a Rocky Road version, you can add a cup of mini marshmallows and/or a cup of nuts of your choice.
