Roof part is now done...I have to roll the fabric to begin the middle section, so though I'd pop up a piccie. I've decided to do the back stitch last, (I love backstitch, lol) and watch it all come to life!

I agree Kelly - there are some projects where the backstitch makes an enormous difference and really brings the picture to life.

Your needle is obviously with a jet engine, Kelly!I like your lizard for needles. I have a dragonfly, but use it as a magnet on the fridge as our dog has taught me to put the needle into the work box the moment I stop using it. The dog lives at the Daughter's, but even in my home, which is pet free, I rush like a lightning to pick up a needle or a bobbin with threads or scissors when they fall. Consuetudo altera natura est.
