First chart is the border which you'll find in issue 336 or February 2021.
Just got my fabric this morning, but the digital chart is quite hard to read printed out, so looks like I'll have to follow the border chart using my phone until I can get a printed copy from the shops. That should be interesting, lol.

First week of stitching. 4th / 8th Jan I decided on beads for the butterfly, I can do French knots, but I can't always get them the same size when there's a group of them and I think it looks untidy when they don't look even. White beads looked too much so I settled on "ice", I think they look okay, although the picture isn't the great. Stitching on 28ct cream evenweave.

Very pretty! I like the beads. It adds texture to the piece!

Not as much done on this I had hoped this week. I was hoping to have all the top row of borders done as the first character is out next week, but it's progress all the same.

Yep! Progress is progress. Every time I get discouraged about how long it is taking me to finish a project, I try to remember Mary Corbett. She had a project that she showed on her blog for ages before it was completed. IIRC, it was something that was really fine/tiny stitching, so hard on the eyes. She used to say "15 minutes a day", as I believe that was all the time she spent on it. Just 15 minutes every day. And you know, over time, the tiny amounts of work done in those 15 minutes really added up and eventually, the project was finished.
