I am fed up with Google Lite. Every time I come on here it pops up. If I click on it, it says Error 502 that's all we know. Well if that is all they know what chance do I have. How do I get rid of it. I have turned it off but it is still coming on. Lite only appears on my tablet . Any help would be gratefully received.

Hi Maggie, if it's on your tablet then I assume you're using the Google App.
If that's the case, open the app and tap the 3 dots in the top right hand corner. This will open a menu so you can enter the settings.
Under "Advanced" tap lite mode
Tap the slider to the off position.
The lite mode will only load essential content of the webpages you visit. If you deactivate it, webpages may load more slowly, depending on the tablet.
Let me know if this solves the issue..x

Okay, very odd. How about removing Chrome altogether and reinstalling it.
If it was preinstalled on your tablet, removing it will make it revert back to it's factory settings. Or you can go into your application settings find Chrome then "force Stop" then remove it.
Give your tablet a reset, then reinstall the app.
To remove it from your PC, close all Chrome applications, then go to your add and remove programmes. Find Chrome and uninstall it. You will need a temporary browser to re-install chrome then make it your default browser (if preferred).
Let me know how it goes.
